Click & Collect - How it all works

• 1. Choose a Garden Centre by Homebase, or Homebase collection point at The Range.
• 2. Order all the things you need and pay online.
• 3. Wait for your ‘Ready to collect’ email.
• 4. Pop into your chosen store or collection point, show your QR code and collect your order.

We aim to ensure all stores are available to offer Click & Collect, however there may be times where a Homebase or The Range store is unable to offer this service for short periods.

Some of our products are online only so these are not available to collect in store. The product could also be excluded from Click & Collect if it has an age restriction applied to it.

Our stores will keep your order live for 5 days. If you no longer need your order, please contact us for a cancellation and refund. Please note that the store will not be able to assist you with your order after the 5 day collection window has passed.

If you need to cancel your order after you've placed it, please get in touch with us and we'll arrange for it to be cancelled.

We're sorry but we can't redirect your order for delivery. What we can do is cancel your order if you get in touch with us and you can then place a new order.

Once you've placed an order, we unfortunately can't add more items to it, but if you'd like to do some more shopping while collecting in store, our team members will be happy to help.

If we're not able to complete your full order, we'll update you by email. You'll then be given a choice to either collect your available items or cancel your entire order.

Unfortunately we can't order an item in from another store or our warehouse, but you can place an order online for home delivery.

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive your email, please check your spam and then contact us if you still can't find it.

Once your order is ready to collect, you'll receive a 'Ready to collect' email. This will normally be within 1 hour of placing your order (when you place an order before 6pm Monday - Saturday or 2pm on a Sunday). Orders placed after this time will be ready to collect the next day by 11am. Please wait for this email before popping into store.

We aim to get all orders ready for collection within 1 hour*. Orders placed after 6pm Monday - Saturday or after 2pm on a Sunday will be eligible to collect the next day. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.

If you can’t collect your order straight away, don’t worry. You have up to 7 days to pick up your Click & Collect order. If you can't collect your order for whatever reason within 7 days, we'll pop you over a refund.

Sorry, we can't extend the collection window longer than 7 days.

Please bring your 'Ready to collect' email with you on your phone. Your "Ready to Collect" email will include a QR code which you can show to one of our team members.

Don't worry if the QR code isn't shown, we can also use the order number starting K e.g K-12345678

If someone is collecting on your behalf, they'll need the 'Ready to collect' email and be able to confirm the postcode on your order.

Head over to our order collection point, which you should be able to spot from the main entrance. Please remember to show your 'Ready to Collect' email as this will include the QR code used to collect your order.

To help do our bit for the environment, we don't add any more packaging to our Click & Collect orders. Please bring a bag with you.

Yes, the person collecting the order will need to have your 'Ready to collect' email to be able to show the QR code on collection. They'll also need to be able to confirm the postcode linked to your order.

You can return any item/s to a Homebase or The Range store within 14 days of collection. Please remember to bring your order confirmation email with you.

Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to your original method of payment card, depending on your payment provider.
