How does an air cooler work

The sheet soaks up water from the tank, which then evaporates into the surrounding air and cools it, before being circulated around the room by the fan element.

Is it ok to sleep with an air cooler on?

Yes, sleeping with your air cooler on is safe! However, you’ll want to monitor your unit closely before drifting off to sleep as the ideal temperature should be between 25 to 27 degrees. Anything below this, you risk waking up with sore muscles as cool air can tense muscles up if it directly hits your face and neck, for example.

Maintaining your air cooler is simple. Ensure that the water is fresh by refilling the water tank daily. Additionally, the absorbent sheet may need cleaning from time to time. This can be done by washing gently with detergent and rinsing thoroughly before leaving to dry.
